Unlike a "business broker", our activity within this division centers on a unique set of criteria specific to each of our clients. We are considered “business intermediaries” and work on both the “Buy and Sell Side” but never both in the same transaction. We focus on middle-market transactions (companies with a transaction value between $1 million and $50 million) in the domestic market. We are networked with Private Equity Groups, transaction Attorneys and Accounting Firms nationwide.
